Weston, MO Wedding | Justin + Victoria
After their super fun engagement session, I knew the wedding would be a breeze. Justin & Victoria are such a sweet laid back couple, which translated into the vibe of their wedding day.
When I arrived at Laurel Brooke Farm last Saturday, the whole ambiance was just absolutely serene. Victoria was peaceful and happy. All the little details had been taken care of and she was enjoying getting ready in the adorable bridal suite with her girls.
God truly blessed us with wonderful weather. The rain dried up, the clouds rolled out and it was a gorgeous 70 degree day with a breeze. What more could you ask for in May? (Edited to add: who would have known 24 hours later we would be breaking heat records in Missouri! Dodged that bullet!)
The ceremony was held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Weston, which is such a beautiful and historic pillar of the community- with roots dating back to the mid-1800’s.
My absolute favorite part of any wedding ceremony is the moment when a groom sees his bride walking down the aisle. I always make sure to capture his emotions, as I know this will be something special for the bride to look back on. Justin’s expression was no different. You could see his love of Victoria just radiating. Then when I turned to see Victoria crying as she came down the aisle with her dad, I may have shed a tear myself!
The reception was held at Laurel Brook Farm, which recently changed ownership. If you are looking for a venue, I highly encourage you to reach out to Jessica Magaha to schedule a tour. Not only is it beautiful, the service is top-notch. (Jessica and I may have helped get the dance floor going at one point in the evening when the Cupid Shuffle came on, which was such a blast!)
